CLE Real Estate Group has a long track record of delivering outstanding returns to our investors. On average, our debt investors receive 9-12% annualized return in the form of a monthly interest payments. We also offer upside return in the form of equity partnerships for larger investments.

HOW LONG IS MY MONEY INVESTED?

The length of the loan is deal specific, typically ranging from 9 months up to 2 years. We have the ability to offer shorter and longer term loan options to meet investor goals. Existing investors are given the first option to recycle funds into the next deal to capture longer term returns.

HOW IS MY INVESTMENT PROTECTED?

Every investor is entitled to a legally binding note and mortgage deed. We never borrow more than 70% LTV and always have our own cash in each deal. Our system ensures we don't receive any income until our investors are paid in full.  Conservatives underwriting and only taking on exceptional projects is the reason we have done 80+ successful transactions in a row.
