The Swetland Blvd flip was purchased in March 2020 from Hubzu action site. It was listed as occupied during the auction which means no entry site on seen. After the purchase, the previous owners left willingly so we were able to get working right away.
This was a full gut rehab. We remodeled the kitchens and baths, finished the attic and added a master bathroom. We also finished the basement to ensure we stood apart from similar properties for sale. The back yard had a huge crater from an old swimming pool that took 18 yards of dirt to fill.
The purchase price was 72K plus an additional 65K in rehab costs, all financed through private investors. We had multiple offers when we sold the property in December of 2020 for 207K. Our private investors were paid back and we made a tidy profit.
